📝 Job Description:

Kayda Legal Consultant Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing cum Sales Executive (Part-Time) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new startup clients seeking assistance with company registration and seed funding applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote Kayda Legal Consultant’s services to startups and entrepreneurs.

   
   


2. 
   

   Source and acquire leads for company registration and seed funding assistance.

   
   


3. 
   

   Convert leads into confirmed clients and ensure timely collection of required documents.

   
   


4. 
   

   Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

   
   


5. 
   

   Provide basic guidance to clients regarding the registration/funding process (training will be provided).

   
   


6. 
   

   Report progress and number of files acquired weekly.

   
   

📌 Compensation:

1. ₹10,000 per confirmed and submitted file (company registration or seed funding application).

   
   


2. 
   

   Payout will be performance-based, with no fixed monthly salary.

   
   


3. 
   

   The more clients you bring, the more you earn.

   
   

✅ Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).

   Good communication and persuasion skills.

   
   


3. 
   

   Basic understanding of startups and business registration (preferred but not mandatory).

   
   


4. 
   

   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

   
   


5. 
   

   Sales or marketing experience preferred (especially in legal or financial services).

   Smartphone and internet connectivity required.
